Yael Rosenblut Videasta y Curadora

Nacida en 1978, Yael Rosenblut vive y trabaja en Santiago de Chile. Licenciada en Artes de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile y con estudios de Diseño en Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design en Israel, Rosenblut ha realizado tres importantes exposiciones individuales y más de una decena de muestras colectivas, tanto en Chile como el extranjero.
Dentro de sus exposiciones, destacan las muestras realizadas en Signature Contemporary Art en Miami y en las Galerías Concreta y Artes Visuales del Centro Cultural Matucana 100 en los años 2006 y 2007. Junto a ellas se destacan los videos realizados para las exhibiciones colectivas de ARTEBA, Buenos Aires, Homemade, Warandee, en Bélgica y la V Bienal de MERCOSUR en Puerto Alegre el año 2005, entre otras.
Desde el año 2004, Rosenblut se ha desarrollado también como curadora, realizando diversas exposiciones, entre ellas; Trabajos Selectos en Galería Trece (2004) , Narraciones, Galería Ojo de Buey (2006) , Romance en Galería Animal (2007) y próximamente After Effects en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Santiago.

Yael Rosenblut was born in 1978 in Santiago (Chile) where she currently lives and works. She studied Design at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, (Jerusalem) and later graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she studied Fine Art. Yael has been developing film narrative concepts as art works which, in turn has led her to curate a number of exhibitions, bringing together artists engaged in developing similar themes. These curatorial projects have been shown in Museums and Galleries in South America.
Yael’s work has shown in several exhibitions in Latin America, among them, the Mercosur Biennale, Brazil. She has lived in Israel and for a time in New York, where she worked for Roebling Hall Gallery and in the production of film projects directed by Reynold Reynolds (USA) and Christoph Draeger (Switzwerland).
